To date, we collectively have impacted more than 500 up-and-coming women in our industry. If developing, leading and supporting the up-and-coming women in our industry is important to you, then we’d love to have you join our mentoring community. There are three ways to be a part of this proven program:

• Sponsorship - sponsor an up-and-coming woman in our industry, someone you see potential in and are willing to invest in to take her career to the next level. More details about what sponsorship entails can be found here.

• Be a Mentor - part of what makes our program successful are our amazing mentors. Men and women in our industry, of all ages and experience levels, who are willing to share their experiences, stories and insights to help their mentee broaden her knowledge, gain confidence, elevate her capabilities and so much more. Learn more about what it means to be a mentor in our program here. If you’re in, please complete and submit your mentor profile to info@KJCompany.net no later than July 9th.

• Be a Mentee - you don’t have to wait for someone to sponsor you. We have several mentees who took the initiative to self-sponsor. If you want to be a mentee, complete and return the application along with a letter of recommendation.
