Tammy Livers is the President of World Electric Supply, a Sonepar Company. Sonepar is an independent, family-owned company with global market leadership in the B-to-B distribution of electrical, industrial, tools and safety products. With 25+ years of experience in the electrical manufacturing and wholesale industry, Tammy drives results by leading collaborative teams that focus on innovative and customer-centric strategies that deliver world-class services and solutions.
As a progressive voice in her field, she is an active speaker for topics centered on female leadership, mentoring and effective communication.
Tammy has been recognized by Diversity Magazine in 2021 as a Women to Watch and the National Association of Electrical Distributors, receiving the Trailblazer Award, which applauded her commitment to inclusion, diversity, and mentoring females in the workplace. She has also received the Thomas Preston Award from the National Association of Manufacturers Representatives which is given to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding industry leadership, business integrity and support for the independent manufacturer representative. Other recognitions include St Louis YWCA Leaders in the Workplace 2017, Cuyahoga County YWCA Women of Professional Excellence Award and the Medina County YWCA Women of Distinction Award.
Tammy has a strong commitment to her community. She has served on the Ranken University Board of Trustees, the Board of Ronald McDonald House Saint Louis, the Board of Directors for the HANDS Foundation, the Medina County Port Authority and the Board for the Southern IL Make a Wish Foundation.
