Creating Opportunity and Diversity to Enhance the Electrical Industry
“The Empowering Women Mentorship Program couldn’t have been designed by anyone better than Kathy Jo Van and Stacey Felzer. Having the opportunity to know and work with Kathy Jo during my 41 years in the industry, I am proud that she took an idea that was needed to support women in the electrical industry and, with Stacey Felzer, they designed an impactful program. I have had the pleasure of mentoring talented women since the inception of the program. With the structure they provide, both mentee and mentor have greatly benefited. I have sponsored multiple candidates from our company who have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow with the help of a mentor in the program. I highly recommend the Empowering Women Mentorship Program as a way to continue to create opportunity and diversity to enhance the Electrical industry. Great Work!”
