With over 20 years of human resources and business experience, Jill leads the human resources team for Sachs and is responsible for talent acquisition for all of ArchKey Solutions. Prior to joining Sachs and ArchKey, Jill worked for St. Louis-based distributor Graybar. A mentor since the Inaugural Empowering Women Mentorship Program, Jill continues to leverage EWMP to complement ArchKey’s Talent Development Strategy and she continues to serve as a mentor in the program.
